Good selection of 'indie' bands there Rivers (Portishead excluded - great band but not really indie). Fleet Foxes' February gigs just sold out the day the tickets went on sale - just missed getting some. Haven't heard of the Parades but will check them out - the Scandinavian countries are producing so many new great indie bands at the moment.

Yeah there's been some good bands coming out of Scandinavia for a while now. Sigur Ros, Mum etc. The band is called Efterklang though, the album is Parades. Just in case you've been searching.
I didn't know Fleet Foxes were doing any gigs, I only saw them for the first time on Later with Jools on Tuesday and liked what I heard. They're along the lines of Band of Horses who I also like if you're familiar with them?

Haha - no hadn't looked yet but cheers - I'd misread. I think Fleet Foxes are also at Shepherds Bush Empire next week - tomorrow perhaps. Don't know Band of Horses although I might know when I listen to them. Will go and check now before I start getting band and album names mixed up again! Oh, and yeah, I love Sigur Ros. Have you seen Heima?
