I was an aerobics instructor for several years teaching everything from body pump to spin. At the same time as teaching classes I was lap dancing, but performing tricks on a pole and lap dancing until 4 O' clock in the morning along with a few drinks didn't used to mix to well with doing a high energy class at 9am on a Sunday morning! so gradually the dancing took over! Now do a mixture of dancing and babeshows.

I think that a young Emily Dean worked on a show for Granada Men and Motors.
Four of the girls had to play a version of strip poker in a casino set.
I can't remember the name of the programme or if any of the other babes were players
