3D Why Not - DanVox - 16-11-2009 22:40 3D - good idea or not ? RE: 3D Why Not - jamie loves rachel - 16-11-2009 22:42 yeah i think so why not RE: 3D Why Not - RCTV - 16-11-2009 22:44 I can see why guys watching it would want it, but it costs a hell of a lot money to produce and you can get 3D television cameras is very expensive indeed. RE: 3D Why Not - rover - 16-11-2009 22:46 HD would be better. RE: 3D Why Not - RCTV - 16-11-2009 22:48 HD would be cheaper to do than 3D RE: 3D Why Not - Josh187 - 16-11-2009 23:17 Brilliant Idea! what a whole new experience that would be for us viewers a much more 'pleasurable' one i would imagine, but that more of a dream then anything else, i'd doubt it would ever happen. EDIT: this should of been made into a poll. RE: 3D Why Not - StanTheMan - 16-11-2009 23:22 (16-11-2009 22:40 )DanVox Wrote: 3D - good idea or not ? Not. You'd need a massive telly to get the best results. Good idea, I've made this into a poll. And let's not worry about detail like cost, the question is would you like it. Or would it be a pointless gimmic that gives you headaches. RE: 3D Why Not - vostok 1 - 17-11-2009 00:23 A Sky 3D channel arrives next year. http://corporate.sky.com/media/press_releases/2009/3d_tv.htm To watch this you wont need 3D glasses but a new '3D Ready' TV, which are expected to be on sale in the UK next year. However filming in 3D isn't that expensive, you simply need a customized rig with 2 HD cameras mounted 70mm apart. Does anyone remember these: http://www.firebox.com/product/2198/View-Master-Retro?aff=512&awc=550_1258417317_7678197885d6175005a0ad16f0e8a1eb One of the channels should release a few reels! |
