Top Gear - Rammyrascal - 26-06-2010 19:56 im a big top gear fan and looking forward to the new series which starts tomorrow evening and theyve got a very good star in a reasonably priced car coming up if the story below is true http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/tv/3031013/Sun-Page-3-girl-Peta-Todd-appears-on-Top-Gear.html RE: Top Gear new series starts tomorrow - vostok 1 - 26-06-2010 22:02 Thanks for the reminder Rascal. I'm not sure the page 3 girl in the link really qualifies as a "star" compared to previous Stars in a reasonably priced car such as Roger Daltrey, Patrick Stewart, Lionel Richie, Ranulph Fiennes, Christian Slater, Eddie Izzard, Stephen Fry, David Soul, Michael Gambon, Simon Cowell, Gordon Ramsay, Peter Firth, Eric Bana, Hugh Grant, Ewan McGregor, Simon Pegg, Mark Wahlberg, Jay Leno, Sienna Miller, Ray Winstone, Tom Jones, Guy Ritchie, Dame Helen Mirren, Kristin Scott Thomas, Lewis Hamilton, etc. She is great looking and I'm sure she is a nice person, but not what you would normally call a "star"... I hope they feature the SLS AMG this series. RE: Top Gear new series starts tomorrow - stone cold - 27-06-2010 10:50 thanks for the reminder rammy i will be watching tonight RE: Top Gear new series starts tomorrow - Rammyrascal - 27-06-2010 12:59 (26-06-2010 22:02 )vostok 1 Wrote: Thanks for the reminder Rascal. agree with you vostok1 peta isnt a star compared to who youve said but still she does make a nice change from these stars though. also another glamour model madison welch is on the new topgear dvd which has just come out. its called topgear: the challenges 4 and one of the challenges is the clasic car challenge where madison is james may's co driver RE: Top Gear new series starts tomorrow - Censorship :-( - 27-06-2010 21:43 Predictable and contrived, but I found Jeremy's 'adventures' in the Reliant Robin utterly hilarious; then again, maybe I'm easily amused? RE: Top Gear new series starts tomorrow - Rammyrascal - 27-06-2010 21:55 Nope I thought the reliant robin bit was hilarious as well. Also loved the new reasonably priced car bit, not just because peta appeared. To her credit she did a very good time. a good episode to start the series RE: Top Gear new series starts tomorrow - padzer1 - 28-06-2010 06:56 Not a fan of Peta, seen her on Soccer Am a while ago with no make up on, shocking! She's just a pair of boobs really. RE: Top Gear new series starts tomorrow - Rammyrascal - 28-06-2010 07:35 fair point but i dont think peta is that bad as when she is in page3 mode with full make up on she is stunning and actually isnt that bad with make up off like she was yesterday on topgear here's a link to a vid of peta when she was a soccerette with fellow p3 model nikkala http://link.brightcove.com/services/player/bcpid37931892001?bctid=26673640001 and again this time with rhian sugden http://link.brightcove.com/services/player/bcpid37931892001?bctid=27699530001 RE: Top Gear new series starts tomorrow - lucent-x - 28-06-2010 18:52 (27-06-2010 21:43 )Censorship :-( Wrote: Predictable and contrived... Sadly Top Gear has been going more and more in that direction for the past few series. But then again Predictable and contrived can be funny. I thought it was a good start to the series, not a classic episode by any means, but a steady start. Although they joked about Top Gear being more serious with less cocking about I actually think - and hope - it will be. If there's one thing that's driven me mad about Top Gear over the last few years it's the, at times, absurd setup and scripting of it. I don't mind it being scripted as long as it's natural. This is a show that won an Emmy for "best unscripted programme", which Clarkson couldn't be there to collect as he said he was 'busy writing the script for that week's show'. I just want the natural chemistry and humour back between the lads, a shit load of expensive metal on show and more awesome cinematography and beautifully shot films from Producer/Genius Andy Wilman. RE: Top Gear new series - Ally4Paige - 18-07-2010 20:23 Just enjoyed the latest episode and enjoe=yed but does anyone know the girl who got a new hairstyle from Jeremy!! |
