a remake that horror fans are dreading will hopefully have Jackie Earle Haley (rorschach) as fredrick. thats the good news. the bad is michael explosion bay is producing with a mtv music director helming it.

might be decent as i can see jack in the role and i cant think who else could replace englund. thank fuck the billy bob rumours were made up.

I'm sure they must be age specific as well - when I was a kid the first film was one of the best mainstream horror films around at the time. For people who's first experience of horror flicks was when the the genre was regenerated around ten years ago, the Nightmare on Elm Street films probably appeared dated and boring.
