There is a CJ listed at BGAFD, it could be her - different colour hair and an oldish photo, but face is kind of the same (especially the nose)...

I think its her, just a very old pic - besides her hair is blatantly dyed black, so she probably done her eyebrows to match.

I weighed up the odds of her doing her eye brows...although the more I look at them both the more I think they could be the same person. Hmm!
