It might be too early for this thread, because Arsene Wenger said in an interview that nobody should discuss transfers until 15th July due to the World Cup this year and we shouldn't expect any transfers before August!
I've started the thread anyway due to some strong rumours regarding Everton, one that they want Aaron Lennon from Tottenham and Tottenham are willing, and two that Chelsea have offered them Romelo Lukaku plus £20m in exchange for Ross Barkley.

West Ham will prioritise the signing of a striker, and not wait until August, with Roberto Soldado being the one if the price is right, otherwise Demba Ba or a young striker from Standard Liege by the name of Michy Batshuayi.

Liverpool want to complete the transfers of two England players before they go to the World Cup.
They want Adam Lallana from Southampton for 20 million and they've offered free agent Ashley Cole a one year contract.

maybe Lallana might not want to go to liverpool though? from wiki "Lallana was born in St Albans but moved to the Iford area of Bournemouth when he was five years old. As a child, Lallana supported Everton, like his father"
