Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - mikedafc - 07-09-2014 21:28 Played well, were unlucky to lose 2-1 to Germany RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - circles_o_o_o - 07-09-2014 21:33 You had to have your own thread RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - mikedafc - 07-09-2014 21:37 Well if it is good enough that England to has one I thought why not create a Scottish one RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - circles_o_o_o - 07-09-2014 21:40 Only joking. Why not have a combined home nations thread. Northern Ireland deserve praise for their win tonight. RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - mikedafc - 07-09-2014 21:47 I agree that would be sensible option RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - cosmonaut - 07-09-2014 22:06 No we don't want you lot in the England thread. We don't want to be combined with you. Kindly keep to your own place. Scotland could vote for independence next week anyway, so won't be a home nation anymore. RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - 7 stars of the orient - 08-09-2014 02:02 Well done to Scotland for putting up a good fight against Germany, who in the end were relieved to get a win. RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - HannahsPet - 08-09-2014 02:45 hate to burst your bubble but that was a German Subs side ( and i dont mean Uboats ) They had no Mertesacker, Lahm, Klose who retired and Ozil, Khederia , Hummels thats like losing to a england side without Rooney Gerrard Lampard and Terry and Ashley cole lol RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - Addison - 08-09-2014 17:46 (08-09-2014 02:45 )HannahsPet Wrote: hate to burst your bubble but that was a German Subs side ( and i dont mean Uboats ) Scotland had some key players missing as well (Scott Brown, Snodgrass) Really respectable result for them, given the team they were playing and the cauldron they were playing it in. I like Gordon Strachan a lot; he seems to have got this team playing some solid stuff, and he's characterful enough to insist on doing things his way. He's certainly no YES man. RE: Scotland Euro Qualifying Campaign - Scottishbloke - 08-09-2014 19:00 I thought we were so unlucky last night, I mean to play the current World Champions and be devastated to leave with nothing speaks volumes for the job Gordon Strachan has done, if we play like that for the duration of the campaign then we've got nothing to fear |
