With her past history it's not really a surprise but let's hope she pulls through. From the reports on Twitter etc it sounds like the Cabin Crew & Doctors on board were absolutely outstanding.

Well done to the Daily Telegraph for their accurate reporting..

nerds will be flipping out.

RE: Carrie Fisher - Regenerated - 24-12-2016 02:31

I saw this on the news this evening. Really sad news, I, as a Star Wars fan, was very sad to hear it.

But be aware that this is nothing to do with being a "Star Wars nerd flipping out" or even being a Star Wars fan. This is human life we're talking about and in my opinion it is wrong to be making a joke of it. It's nothing to do with Star Wars. This is the life of a human being on the line and to be making jokes or comments about nerds is completely wrong.

I hope she pulls through. My Prayers are with her and her family at this sad time. Sad

All my condolences to her family. Star Wars is a huge part of my life having been born the same year as the very first film in 1977. So it's very sad & upsetting this news

2016 can sod off now

RE: Carrie Fisher - skully - 27-12-2016 19:20

Apparently she had been unresponsive since her medical emergency.

Bloody hell this is getting surreal four great icons in three days RIP Carrie fondly remembered by those who remember when Star Wars first came out. There can't be many left from that original cast alive now. Stunned isn't a word I'd use lightly either
