Can't believe this will be Jimmy's final Test. Jimmy has beeen our bowling spearhead for many yeard and even now I still think he has a few more years left in him. It would be a marvellous finish to his International career if he can sign off by equalling Shane Warne's Test Wickets haul and England will miss him immenesly. We have been fotunate to winesss the likes of Flintoff, Jimmy, and Stuart Broad, Simon Jones and others over the years, but Jimmy is ghe last of that era to retire for me. Jimmy was just impeccable and let's hope with Jimmy's mentoring Jofra Archer keeps our proud fast bowling sucess story going.
He has a lot to take on his shoulders after Jimmy retires.

West Indies are on day 2 of their Test Series warm-up against County Select X1. Replying to West Indies 339 in which the promising Hampshire pace bowler John Turner returned figures of 4-60 & Rehan Ahmed's younger brother Farhan took 4-48 with his off-breaks. Kavem Hodge made 112, the Select XI made 373-4 declared. Tom Prest made 53, before the Yorkshire duo of Luxton (112) & Duke (46) put on an unbeaten 5th wicket stand of 140.
I doubt if this fixture carries first class status as the West Indies have been allowed to use 14 players.

Well done to Jamie Smith in getting his maiden half century in his first test.

England are currently 347/8 with Smith on 50 NO. So it could be that unless he's out he won't have an average, and if he is then it will be an impressive 50+.
