i didn't know that ofccom could clamp down on such things by having the video on a loop, when has this happened in the past then.

Having a girl onscreen and and then having the scrolling text implying that you can talk to or listen in to her chatting even though its a video loop is a big no no.
Ofcom have stamped down on this very hard in the past.
This was what I was pondering the first night it was on and how they can get away with this. It wasn't just the text that was misleading...she also kept mouthing and miming 'call me' to the viewer again implying you'd get to talk to her.

Its not that the video is on loop that they can fine them for - its that they're falsely implying that if you call in you'll get to talk to the girl on screen.
