If anyone has any further error messages to report, could you please make sure you state whether it was before or after 23:20 today (Wednesday), as some new server settings have been in effect since that time.

RE: Slow Board & "MyBB SQL Errors" - rover - 01-12-2010 23:51

Sorry Admin my last error was at 22:47 this evening 1.12.2010 l was unable to get back on the site for about 15 mins.

RE: Slow Board & "MyBB SQL Errors" - mr mystery - 01-12-2010 23:58

I got the exact same message has "rover" and roughly about the same time 10.50 pm tonight and couldn't access this forum for around 15 - 20 mins .

RE: Slow Board & "MyBB SQL Errors" - cityboy76 - 02-12-2010 00:05

Sorry admin,my error message came up around 11am and kept me off the forum all day until I posted above message.

Edit* If I come out of the forum and then try to come back into the forum homepage,I get the above message, the only way I can get back in is through my internet history via one of the pages I have viewed??

No more error messages for me since that time Admin. Big Grin I'm even pleasantly surprised at the current speed, as well. Considering we have had 1300 users online tonight. Big Grin

Thank you for the error message reports. The explanation of rover's error message (post 233) and mr mystery's error message (post 237) is the explanation given to mucker above (post 232) after he had previously reported the same error message (post 231). Although the changes made last night caused a temporary outage, I'm hoping that the new settings in place will have now eliminated this kind of error (SQL error 5), but if anyone's had one or has one since 23:20 last night (Wed) please report it here with the full text of the error message.

Sorry it's an attachment, but with Imagechunk being down, it was the easiest option.
