To me it's #EEAD0E which if you want to give it a name makes it Darkgoldenrod2. Perhaps a more apt name than Orange Big Grin

Thank you Red. Since the name Darkgoldenrod2 includes the word Gold or Golden I think the colour must be more gold than orange.

I salute the recent 'gold' members for their newly recognised status, I noticed Ally4Paige, astonv1 and Shady Cee have been elevated. I also salute gunflash10 as I noticed his entry to the cappers union.

PS I assume if you have made 1,000 posts and are recognised as a capper too you'd be able to choose either colour.

Having been at various times, a forum mod (green), a chat mod (mauve), a regular member (standard blue) and I'm now approaching 2000 posts (gold/yellow/orange depending who you ask), do I get a multicoloured username? Tongue I could go for a username that resembles a bag of skittles...

Sidenote:- I call dibs on Darkgoldenrod as a band name!

If you take the hexadecimal value of those 4 colours, add them up and divide by 4, you get the colour of the text in this post
(#7672AE)
Big Grin

You can't change the colour of your username yourself - the forum admin does it on request. The colours available to you would be:

Royal Blue - denotes a capper
Amber - denotes someone with over a 1000 posts
