The Ofcom directive against Bang Babes is published in today's Broadcast Bulletin:

Still no mention of the fine or otherwise that BB can expect for their recent transgressions. I'm on tenterhooks! (As I'm sure are the proprietors of Bang Media).

Bangbabes was not transmitted on freeview last night.
Has the plug been pulled by ofcom?

[split] Ofcom stuff - Jay39 - 10-05-2010 13:09

Ofcom Broadcast Bulletin 157 out today looks like they are hounding Bang Babes again, have these people got nothing to do other than waste tax payers money!

All in breach:

Bang Babes
Tease Me 3, 16 January 2010, 03:20
Bang Babes
Tease Me, 17 January 2010, 00:30 5
The Pad
Tease Me, 26 February 2010, 11:45
The Pad
Tease Me 3, 27 February 2010, 11:45 10
Tease Me: Earlybird
Tease Me TV (Freeview), 26 January 2010, 07:15

As a result of the serious and repeated nature of the breaches recorded in these
current findings, and those recorded against Bang Channels Limited elsewhere in
this Bulletin, the Licensee is put on notice that these present contraventions of the
Code are being considered for statutory sanction

Looks like the girls on the channels will be required to wear 3 pairs of nickers if ofcom keep going, it's about time the channels fought back because I can't see Ofcom high on the priority list for the new government, well not just yet anyway.

This is the link for the report mentioned in the previous post
http://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv/obb/prog_cb/obb157/

Very interesting reading.

Sounds like they'll just end up with a big fine. It really is a desperately sad situation that Bang Media and the adult viewers of their channels face. After reading Ofcom's response to the complaints about The Pad, well, it certainly explains why Cellcast has the girls on their daytime shows do the bare minimum.

This really is shite, the way they are manipulating the activities, to try and suit their goals, they should never have been given this amount of authority.
Maybe Camerons new Hitler yoof, will line the fuckers up and shoot them. Big Grin
