When someone says "people can't handle me 'cos I'm honest and I speak the truth".

Noticed it primarily from Big Brother contestants (back when I USED to watch it) who couldn't tell the difference between 'honesty' and 'letting the unedited, offensive bilge produced by their brains fall from their mouths to the floor'.
