Sorry about that, just proves how useless the Sky Mag is. I think when people pay for Sky+ and a series linked program goes off for a break Sky should send an email to let you know when it's back on,i know they have millions of customers but it can't be that hard to set up an automated email after all they send out enough bloody surveys RE: Stargate - Universe. - mrwotzup - 13-04-2010 12:58 I'm glad its back but I was a bit dissappointed by the last few episodes of the first Series. They need to crank up the action. Will still be watching though. PS I never read the Sky Mag RE: Stargate - Universe. - Ducky - 13-04-2010 14:18 I've really enjoyed the last couple of episodes. A bit of action and the introduction of aliens (who don't just happen to speak perfect english) and the effects budget was well spent too. It's been good story telling so far & it's show that more for grown ups as the fans of the film and original series will be in their 30's (ok, I probably just mean me, lol) so the tone of the show suits me fine RE: Stargate - Universe. - little gimp - 14-04-2010 12:17 Well what a return that was after 10 episodes of floating about with not a whole lot happening everything kicked off at once in episode 11,another spaceship with small attack ships, alien abductions, space battles and out of nowhere Robert Carlyle in a fish tank, bring on episode 12. RE: Stargate - Universe. - mrwotzup - 14-04-2010 13:21 I thought it was good too. However it made me laugh when Chloe who was un-armed hears hostile alien's drilling into the ship and decides to investigate on her own . D'oh she ends up kidnapped But I still thought it was enjoyable nontheless. RE: Stargate - Universe. - skully - 14-04-2010 13:39 I was happy to see Tits McGee...sorry...2nd Lt. Vanessa James again, she brings something special to the show RE: Stargate - Universe. - little gimp - 18-05-2010 20:45 So the three who were left behind suddenly wander through the gate out of the blue,am I the only person who is suspicous of this? RE: Stargate - Universe. - Shandy - 18-05-2010 21:29 Yup think you're Reading too much into it, they explained it and moved on, didn't wanna spend more time on it I think. I thought it was a bit odd, prehaps just a bit too convenient. One minute stranded then they appear through the 'Gate. I did think at first the 'Destiny' engineered it somehow. However as Shandy says it was maybe a way to move the Series on especially as the 3 were 'main' characters. We shall see. Overall though a good episode (especially the use of the Chair). RE: Stargate - Universe. - little gimp - 19-05-2010 23:44 I may well have been reading too much into this but so far the series has been really well written and it just seemed a very lazy end to what could have been an intresting sub plot but the series is about the ship not the planets.
