New offensive and defensive co-ordinators, Matt Ryan is improving all the time and Julio Jones with Roddy White is probably the best wideout combo in the league. Plus Tony Gonzalez. They completely destroyed the Chiefs. They started wasting the clock for the whole fourth quarter but still scored 40. Yea Asante Samuel. Falcons needed that kind of ball hawk. They blow coverages anyway, might as well get some picks while they're at it! And i'm not so sure about the Chiefs. They were missing their top pass rusher against the Falcons, but they have a pretty good defense and Jamal Charles and Peyton Hillis are great running backs. Dwayne Bowe is a top 5 wideout. Matt Cassell is inconsistent, but i think they'll do well. They have a shot at a wild card. RE: NFL 2012/2013 - Rammyrascal - 14-09-2012 09:10 week 2 has started with green bay packers beating my team chicago bears 23-10 at green bay. green bay's defense completely shut down chicago's offense and green bay did deserve to win. but so far my predictions for the bears have been spot on, winning against the colts and losing to green bay RE: NFL 2012/2013 - Merc with the Mouth - 16-09-2012 00:38 Jay Cutler needs to keep his gob shut in future me thinks. RE: NFL 2012/2013 - brummie - 16-09-2012 06:32 Looking forward to Week 2 and seeing if RGIII and the Skins can continue their promising start to the season. Go Redskins! Because prior to the game he was mouthing off, saying the Packers secondary had no chance against his receivers and what not. Well, they answered him, didn't they? Guy threw 4 picks. RE: NFL 2012/2013 - Rammyrascal - 16-09-2012 08:49 yeah even as im a bears fan that was a silly thing to say, but did like him havng a go at his offensive line for not protecting him. looking forward to seeing RGIII later given how good he was last week RE: NFL 2012/2013 - slinky - 16-09-2012 09:19 (16-09-2012 06:59 )Merc with the Mouth Wrote:(16-09-2012 02:24 )slinky Wrote:(16-09-2012 00:38 )Merc with the Mouth Wrote: Jay Cutler needs to keep his gob shut in future me thinks. Its all showboating, a week ago, everyone was praising him and his receiving corps. He has one bad game and now everyone is on his back. He never plays well at Lambeau and he might have done better if he had been better protected. U cant believe the over reaction to a defeat by a team that almost went unbeaten last year. RE: NFL 2012/2013 - Merc with the Mouth - 16-09-2012 12:50 The point is, saying things like "Good luck" to the Packers secondary is like waving a red flag at a bull. It's ok to be confident, but Cutler went straight over confident into cocky, because he and his wide outs had a great game against the pathetic Indianapolis Colts. I mean hey, if he went and carved apart the Ravens or 49ers, he might have the right to be cocky. It's like saying in regards to Ray Lewis "Oh that old timer won't touch me". You're just asking for trouble. RE: NFL 2012/2013 - slinky - 16-09-2012 13:04 Thats easy to say now, cos our O.Line sucked and Cutler got a pasting. Lets be honest, the vast majority of QBs are gonna get hit by Clay Matthews this year and you can be sure that the fact it was Bears @ Packers was all the motivation they needed. People read far too much into these things |
