It was certainly not meant as a compliment...
But I still don't think there's much you can do legally as a BB House inmate - even if Danica was minded to pay for such an action.
The best she can hope for is that viewers will feel sorry for her (all the silly tears), and she'll last longer as a result.
Danica's biggest problem is that the two most likely to win (in my view) are Martin and Julian - one's very happily married (and too smart to fool around) and the others gay...

It surely should of been worthy of a warning from big bro for unacceptable behaviour though, if she said it in a normal conversation with danica I think everyone would be fine with it but she said it just to hurt her then hid in the bog like a total coward

agree gaz totally jasmine's really gone after danica in a nasty way, as much as people hate danica for her rinsing, you have to feel some sympathy for her for how jasmine has attacked her and said "i dont have time for escorts" and called her a prostitute this along with her reaction to being nominated when she unleashed a volleyload of expletives at prince lorenzo, poured cheryl's diet coke down the sink for no reason for me means she'll be evicted on wednesday and i hope she does
