Not an ideal situation with Bell being sick as it looks like he will now have to bat at No.7 or lower,depending how well we bat.

You would think the match is very much in the balance, but the bookies still have England as big favourites to win at 4/11. New Zealand can be had at 3/1 or 10/3 and the draw is 8/1 or 9/1.
