RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - cosmonaut - 22-11-2013 05:23 England slump to 87/6. To save the follow on another 9 runs are needed. Edit: Another wicket gone, 89/7. ![]() Edit: England are 91/8. Need 5 runs to save the follow on (if enforced). RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - lovebabes56 - 22-11-2013 06:47 126 - 9! I would say we have failed to press home the advantage we got from the bowlers on day 1. If we lose this one this is when we lost it. I expect this game to finish Sunday or even tomorrow. Australia have kept it tight on line and length I would say. ![]() RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - lovebabes56 - 22-11-2013 07:13 All out for 136! We aren't winning at cricket let alone football!! looks like our rugby league boys will need to restore some sporting pride after this week!! RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - Snooks - 22-11-2013 07:48 England's customary 1st innings of a 1st test batting debacle away from home ![]() Seen it all before ![]() Self inflicted dismissals by the bucket load ![]() Very poor ![]() RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - lovebabes56 - 22-11-2013 07:52 Am I right in saying we've never won at the GABBA recently? RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - Jack Bishop - 22-11-2013 08:05 ^ Yes we have won there, for many years. The only good news apart from Carbs and Broad is that fair bit of rain predicated for days 3&4. The Aussies are also prone to batting collapse so not all over if we do lose this but certainly an up hill struggle. RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - lovebabes56 - 22-11-2013 08:39 Even after any rain I would say anything over 350 would be a big ask RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - Charlemagne - 22-11-2013 09:23 The booing worked for Broad again.. another wicket and a quickfire 32. But the other players need to start playing as they were totally inept with the bat RE: England's Tour of Australia - Ashes, ODIs and T20s 13/14 - Boomerangutangangbang - 22-11-2013 09:53 Another spectacular batting collapse as England lose 6 wickets for 9 runs. |
