Sorry but that is rubbish in my opinion. The girls are there to provide a service and if they are found not be doing what they are suppose to do then they should be booted off and the channel that allows them to do it closed down. The people who call the shows are paying customers and are entitled to a fair service. If you hired a builder, plumber or some other service, and they ended up ripping you off and not doing what you wanted, would you feel that it was just part of the game and then move onto to find someone who would do what you asked
