Another great performance from an English club in Europe and another great game.

Well done Spurs.

Stunned to see Tottenham dumped out of Carabao Cup by Colchester on penalties, didn't expect that, but certainly seems like they didn't take Colchester seriously enough. Congrats to Colchester.

"Didn't take Colchester seriously enough" is exactly right I think, it's the first time Poch has lost to a lower league team in a cup competition while Spurs manager, something isn't right at Spurs and I think this could be the last season for Poch and the bigger players like Kane, Eriksen and maybe even Son

Spurs battered 2-7 by Bayern, that result and the complete capitulation in the second half could cripple them for the coming weeks and months of the season, they need players with strong mentality to recover and I can't see that happening, especially with so many first team regulars free to speak to other clubs in January

Has Pochettino lost the dressing room? That is a god awful result some one had a bad at the office

I think it looks like he has lost the dressing room, there are problems at Spurs like players in the first team who don't wanna be at the club, a shocking run of form since February and his own disillusionment at not having the control he wants and has DEFINITELY earned in my view. He has taken the club as far as he can and there is only one direction to go now, down. Poch is a fantastic manager but this is very likely his last season, he may not even see it through, especially if the Barcelona job becomes available soon, which is possible.

I guess it swill be only a matter of time before Barcelona make enquiries. Pochettino has football brain that probably makes him a great fit for Barcelona but a serious loss for the Premier in general. he has been one of the few young managers to ply their trade in the PL.

If Poch was to go who would likely take over?

Eddie Howe and Brendan Rodgers come to mind, but it could be someone who is a complete surprise, I'm sure Levy would be prepared for the eventuality of Poch leaving and has some names already in mind
