I had a surreal telephone experience last night. I phoned Delia, who is normally very good on the phones. Not only was she uncharacteristically inattentive and unresponsive, but there seemed to be a huge delay between the phone line and the webstream.
Plus she was looking all sensual and seductive on screen, but sounding like a screaming banshee on the phone. Took me about five minutes to realize that the system had mistakenly put me through to Preeti instead.
That was disappointing!
