Another theory I had months ago been confirmed that the group Section 31 were present in season 1 the great give away the black badges they wore. In order of shows in there first appearance was in Deep Space Nine when they first tired to recruit Doctor Bashier and they appeared in Star Trek Enterprise when they tried to recruit Lt Malcolm Reed. Looks like we’ll be seeing more of Section 31 in season 2.
