If Blair had gone to the foreign office would we have still invaded Iraq?

I'm going to sit on the fence (might be a bit painful) until June 8th and make up my mind on the morning of the day Tongue to me I might end up being one of these last minute voters

Well, if Smith had been PM, would 9/11 have happened? (conspiracy theory territory this) Would Gore have lost the 2000 US Presidential race? Would Westlife have happened? OK, some things you can't speculate about...

Sadly, the so-called 'Special Relationship' seems little more than 'America says jump, UK asks how high?' bladewave I suspect that, whoever was in charge, they would have taken the UK into Iraq. bladewave Sad
Of course, if you have an enthusiastic warmonger in charge (*cough* 'Bliar' *cough*), then it's pretty much a 'dead cert'. Sad

Anti Brexit majority(Labour/Lib Dems) in Lords could slow down/delay Brexit particularly as Tories have small majority in Commons, a larger commons majority will make Lords more reluculent to do so

and why is she calling for a snap general election? What's the real motive? I don't believe the 6min51secs waffle speech that came out.

I would've thought the left would be getting more votes because of brexit?

What if she doesn't get it? Mind you she will get a taster of what might happen on June 8th with the Local elections on Thursday pretty much suspecting that amount of tactical voting on Thursday may be repeated in June I pretty much expect Labour to regain control of some councils
