There seem to be a lot of platforms from the US promoting right now. MyGirlFund claims to have been around for over 5 years and been featured on CNN and in the Daily Telegraph and a host of other media, although it doesn't look that appealing to me. MyAdmirers says it's a new kid on the block but has been in development for 2 years and offers a highly advanced platform including elements of virtual reality. Finally, Foxy was a surprise to me as although I hadn't heard of it before I found a handful of babe channel girls on there, including Lucy Anne Brooks and Jamie Jones.

There's a platform called TipSnaps which claims to have 50,000 creators and that might make it the biggest platform after OnlyFans, although the website isn't very impressive so I have my doubts. Fansly claim to have taken on many thousands in those few days when OnlyFans had ditched porn, so could be a candidate for biggest OnlyFans alternative, although Just ForFans has always claimed to hold that title. But even these bigger platforms aren't remotely close to OnlyFans which claims to have more than 2 million creators.

Some platforms dedicated to adult content and courting sex workers at the moment are DesireMe, DreamMe, RiotModels and My9thCloud. It's becoming a very crowded market.

^I would say it is very saturated already. I reckon when the dust settles, probably around 20 - 30% of the sites started up, will be left standing and even then the fight for busines and survival will be brutal.
As an after - thought wasn't OF floated on US stock market at all and if so, i bet it's price dropped dramatically on the initial announcement?

A few more platforms, these aiming at mainstream as well as adult, are All4fans, Alua, Swame and FanPage. I've also noticed a few that don't allow adult content at all, another one called FanPage for example, so this fan site explosion is not all about porn.

No it wasn't. It's been suggested that they were planning to do this, but OnlyFans have denied it at least twice.
