These are the average figures from previous years (with this year's figures in brackets).
Number of voters: 266 (249)
Votes for Day Babe award: 1467 (1129)
Votes for Night Babe award: 1624 (1520)
Total number of votes cast: 3091 (2649)
Average votes per voter: 11.6 (10.6)

So the votes for the day babe award were 4.5 per voter ths year, compared to an average of 5.5 in the previous years.
But the votes for the night award were 6.1 per voter this year, which is the same as the average in the previous years.
Which means that the difference in the average votes per voter, 10.6 down from 11.6, is entirely due to the change in the day vote figure.

It's true that the channels are not what they were, but they still have some quality girls on them. In fact when the nominations are announced I expect to see that some deserving girls have missed out.

But there's nothing to say it would work out that way. Last year for example Caty Cole could have won the night babe of the year and a lifetime achievement award as well if it existed, making such an award look rather unnecessary.

I voted but only did 7 and even then I struggle to come up with those
Yes a few from last years nominess made it on to that list plus a couple of newbiea
However ones that made my list last year didn't even feature this time, mainly down to the fact that I've become a little bit bored over the last 12 months with them but I'm sure they will feature when we come to voting but I wish everyone who does make the finals all the best and good luck and look forward to seeing who gets the crown

Nominated for both Day and Night: 45
Total number of girls nominated: 206
Total number for the Day award: 91 + 45 = 136 nominees
Total number for the Night award: 70 + 45 = 115 nominees

^^ By my calculations, that's just over 78% of the babes have been nominated in just one categories, against, just under 22% of babes who were nominated in both Night & Days categories. That to me is quite a high number to be considered as Night & Day babes, maybe a reflection of the increase webcam shows, it's it very hard to call many of the babes one or the other, as there's so much cross-over.

Yes there's so much crossover now. I'm a bit surprised that the number of babes nominated for both categories wasn't even higher.
