The talent is there, but he has the wrong mindset I think. He'll play a nice shot, get a few cheers from the crowd and it goes to his head.

England are 181/4 after 54 overs. Highlight of the day has to be seeing Lily Allen in the crowd, cheering on the boys! If a hottie like Lily can't inspire the lads then nothing can.
