Addison did you delete your post after realising how wrong it was? Shows how much football knowledge you have, the only reason we didn't win the title was because of an unfortunate slip that Gerrard made playing chelsea which could have happened to anybody regardless of the situation, that left us no option but to attack chelsea and get caught on the break, if gerrard didn't slip we would have got the draw we needed in that game or go on to win it as chelsea were never really a threat.
Then the Palace game, Yes we were 3-0 up but due to gerrards slip in the previous game we needed to score as many goals as possible and again we were caught on the break as we became greedy...
The story is, If Gerrard didn't unfortunately slip, we more than likely win the league, People need to stop just looking back at the last 3 liverpool games and look back at the season as a whole over 38 games, if we didn't loose to Hull, we win the league....
I for one was not expecting us to have a chance of winning the league until the last game and neither were most liverpool fans, it has been a great season and we did not "choke" it was unfortunate what happened, but all the top teams in the top 4 have had moments like this during the season...
It was a great season for liverpool and a lot better than we all expected, played the best football and are back in the champions league group stage and finishing 2nd behind City who have one of the best squads in the world.... if any team "choked" it was chelsea..

Watching MLS on BT Sport, impressed how much it has grown in the last few years, packed stadiums and some decent football and some decent players are joining, David Villa and Kaka are 2 players who I think are on their way there this summer.
