So far so good with Ep 2 of Arrow and so far season 4 is a improvement over season 3 am liking the new villian Damien Dahrk, without spoiling too much stuff that's been happening in the previous season is being addresseed, there's a introduction of a new character from the comics and another villian from the comics being introduced too. The ending people will like setting up what's to come in the next few eps all in all a very good start to season 4.

Here are the Easter Eggs from Ep 1, the big one was the bomber jacket with nametag Jordan.
Several references to Kord Industries owned by Ted Kord aka Blur Beetle.
Oliver's new costume is very close in design to the new DC Comics 52 version of the character.
