Why the inverted commas marks? They are black and they are youths to me. You'd think youth could be a compliment wouldn't you. RE: Top Gear - Doddle - 08-02-2017 15:07 Well, I liked the last series, so I'm hopeful for this one too. Lost track with the Grand Tour though RE: Top Gear - HannahsPet - 08-02-2017 15:16 Id give the last 6 Grand tours a watch really got it together was back to the old ways Thought the 2 youths and matt leblanc were the best bits of last season of top gear RE: Top Gear - wackawoo - 08-02-2017 18:19 (08-02-2017 15:16 )HannahsPet Wrote: Id give the last 6 Grand tours a watch really got it together was back to the old ways Hence the promotion, still not sure about Leblanc though. RE: Top Gear - Rammyrascal - 14-02-2017 16:26 Top Gear is back on Sunday 5th March at 8pm https://twitter.com/bbc_topgear/status/831428602461876224 RE: Top Gear - HannahsPet - 05-03-2017 19:44 yeah not so much hype about this one looks like back to a 3 hander just 3 other men dicking around in cars RE: Top Gear - Rammyrascal - 05-03-2017 23:52 Really enjoyed the episode today, much better than all of the previous series already RE: Top Gear - circles_o_o_o - 06-03-2017 00:18 (05-03-2017 23:52 )Rammyrascal Wrote: much better than all of the previous series What , even the one with Angela Rippon? I enjoyed tonight's programme, think they have made an effort to get back to what it should be like, with none of the three presenters taking themselves too seriously. Looks like Chris Harris has landed the hapless fall-guy role. Still think they should scrap the star in the car section, it is just boring. The Ferrari feature was filmed really well, that's something they are good with, making the car the star of the piece. Some bit of kit that, I noticed it had someone's name written on the window, so I guess it was loaned to them by an owner rather than Ferrari themselves. It will take time to create the new dynamic, but I think if they allow the new threesome to be themselves rather than trying to ape the previous three, they can get back to something good again. While it was fun to see it all go wrong last year, what we really want is a show we can look forward to, isn't it? So off to a decent enough start, the signs are optimistic. RE: Top Gear - Rammyrascal - 06-03-2017 09:14 Mean the last series with Chris Evans & 6 other presenters. Agree a decent start, I liked how they did the Star in the car section with the guest involved throughout the show |
