We have these funny things called rules that say defamation cases of any value are dealt with by the Queen's Bench Division and usually heard at The Royal Courts of Justice in London.

You have to admire the RMT leader Mick Lynch.
He's brilliant at media, he never ducks an interview and he runs rings around the interviewer. Remember him tell Richard Maddley 'Richard, sometimes you do talk a load of twaddle' and he told Sky TV's Kay Burley that 'Your questions are nonsense'.

If only our politicians (on both sides) were as good on interview.

I must point out that I don't agree with the strike.
Both sides will have to come to an agreement sometime, maybe with the help of ACAS. But there's no need for the paying public to be so severely affected.
