I can't see it myself, her shows on S66 have not really changed that much recently and there is only so much the girls are allowed to get away with. What I do see is a change regarding expanding her work outside S66 and the occasional Sun comic strip. There is work available for the right 'face' in the glamour industry that does not require flashing your pussy.

It's a literal description of the scene; Adele plays the girlfriend who introduces her boyfriend to her mum* (Leigh Darby). Adele leaves before anything happens and Leigh does the dirty with Adele's boyfriend.
* - It may seem strange that Leigh Darby plays Adele's mother but she did use the hashtag #dontfuckmymum
