RE: Scottish Football - Scottishbloke - 23-05-2015 15:54 The forthcoming Play Off Final between Rangers and Motherwell brings back my own memories of these cut throat all important games. I've said along that I favour the Championship team to come through. Programme covers from 1996. We ofcourse came through both legs victorious Brian Welsh and Owen Coyle, the 2 goal scorers for us on that dramatic night. RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 23-05-2015 17:29 It's a grim inevitability that Rangers will do it now, isn't it? It does draw my attention to why the SPL are still playing through May when the other divisions ended weeks ago! Drop the last 5 matches! That said, Hamilton 1 St Mirren 0 Finishing with 3 wins in our last 5 matches is nice RE: Scottish Football - Sm© - 24-05-2015 14:57 Total exhibition football from Celtic today, pity they couldn't play like that against Cally in the cup semi final Good luck to Motherwell on Thursday night, you'll need it... RE: Scottish Football - Doddle - 24-05-2015 16:18 Credit for Dundee United finishing strongly, a massive 3 points ahead of Hamilton Given the giddy heights of earlier in the season, 5th must seem a helluva comedown, but there's always next season RE: Scottish Football - Scottishbloke - 24-05-2015 17:08 Yes it was a very good performance from us this afternoon but it was all a bit little too late, it was arguably our best performance for months. However credit to St Johnstone for finishing 4th and if they do get into Europe by way of ICT winning the cup next Saturday then as always I wish them well and that goes for every Scottish team irrespective of who they are. If Rangers do win promotion it'll be interesting as to whether or not the Championship still receives the same level of TV Coverage that it enjoyed this season, also who'd bet against an opening day fixture of Hearts v Rangers if the Gers do go on to win promotion RE: Scottish Football - mikedafc - 25-05-2015 12:04 Seems Nadir Ciftci has been accused of doing a Suarez on Dundee player Jim McAlisters knee in the Dundee derby RE: Scottish Football - Scottishbloke - 25-05-2015 18:06 Well I certainly never seen any sort of biting take place yesterday, if the allegation is true which I very much doubt he must have been hungry as I've been reliably informed that they run out pies at Tannadice and Nadir was less than impressed as he had to make do with a bag of crisps instead in the changing rooms at half time RE: Scottish Football - Sm© - 25-05-2015 18:17 ^^^ Typical Scottish media sullying the guys reputation before his proposed move to Celtic RE: Scottish Football - Phonebook - 28-05-2015 19:29 Motherwell 0-2 up at Ibrox. Ya fucking beauty!!! RE: Scottish Football - Phonebook - 28-05-2015 19:55 Early in the 2nd half and it's another goal for the Steelmen. GIRFUY Rangers! |
