A short vid (seems there is a blip of video in there, so apologies for that) with Laura getting all exercise and energetic on us, showing off her awesome powers of strength doing the crab

Laura is back live tonight from 6-11pm.

It's next Friday (30th) when we will be extending Laura's show until midnight as a special one-off, this will be FTA the same as the rest of the show.
