I just voted on the poll. Stay natural was my vote but then, it always is. You wouldn't spoil a Rembrandt by drawing moustaches and specs onto everyone with a magic marker, would you?
You already look great, but the implants haven't been done yet and may turn out to be disasterous. Besides, as someone with boobs your size, they'll look great well into your forties or even fifties; but if you get implants now then by your early thirties they'll need done again, on account of the weight of the silicone stretching the skin downwards. Think of retaining your natural figure as an investment in your future, preventing the need for expensive breast reconstruction later
Whatever you decide, I'm sure you'll look great though. The most important thing is to make the decision based on what will make you happy, rather than what will or won't be deemed good/bad for your career. If having them done will make you feel happier and more confident in yourself, then what the hell does my opinion matter anyway? So long as you're happy with the decision you make, all of us nay-sayers can get stuffed can't we? and rightly so! Do what's right for you and never mind all of us anti-silicone fascists, we'll still think you're sexy if you get them done

Must just say that it was a great (daytime) show on Fri, loved it.
But in answer to your question, like alot of others have said too, you must do what feels right & it's therefore what, deep down, your instincts are telling you - 'cos at the end of the day your instincts are your mind's way of protecting you from doing the wrong things.
Personally, i prefer big boobs, so i'd love to see you with bigger boobs. But the deicison must be yours darling!

Of course its your decision Summer, but I find it difficult to believe you could possibly improve on what is a truly beautiful body, so my vote would be against. xx
