Garcon on inactive list for Redskins this week so RGIII loses one of his weapons for this week.Still expect the Skins to beat the Rams though!

Beating the Rams is always easy when you are getting outrageous decisions. Two penalties in that drive that were completely wrong and gave the Skins excellent field position.

You can't hit a guy in bounds anymore, just cos he's close to the sidelines and will land out of bounds, is that how it's going to be?
Hells no!annoyed

I put it down to the Rams lack of discipline costing them with their rough house tactics. Now lets finish the job.

We wuz robbed! by hopeless officials and the underhand, dirty tactics of the Rams.
Every play from first to last was ended by some Rams player or another taking a cheap shot and they were allowed to get away with it.The league acted to stamp out the bounty system now it needs to act on cheap shot merchants and teams like the Rough-hosue Rams.

Even after years of watching American Football I still find it hard to understand the rules.

At the end of last nights Redskins v Rams match, Washington wide receiver Morgan caught a catch and moved within field goal range.

After the play Rams cornerback Finnegan gave Morgan a smack to the jaw to which Morgan retaliated by getting up and throwing the ball a Finnegan.

Morgan was called for a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. No penalty was given to Finnegan.
You'd have thought that Finnegan would have be ejected from the game or that the penalties would have been offset.

Shanahan was left sending in Cundiff for a 62-yard field goal attempt that fell well shy with just more than a minute to play, and the Rams ran out the clock.

Cortland Finnegan is a little cunt.

players trying to provoke reactions is nothing new in the nfl, its been happening all the time ive been an nfl fan which is 27 years now, the main thing is you dont respond to the provocation. the washington player morgan stupidly reacted by throwing the ball at finnegan hitting him and rightly got penalised

overall rams v redskins was a very good game though

So Rammy who should be penalised
The guy who hit the player
Or the player who got hit and threw the ball at his attacker
Or both of them

That was very nice for the packers. I've been reading a lot about how good the Packers defence was.

should be both of them, but seems in the nfl that the player that responds to the provocation

yeah the packers defense was good last thursday, pretty much shut down chiacgo's offense, which is one of the best in the league, but it does have a weakness against the run
