RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 01-11-2012 01:52 Another familiar DC face is to join Arrow in the tenth episode: Firefly, aka Garfield Lynns. Andrew Dunbar has been cast in the role, according to EW. Traditionally a Batman adversary, Firefly is, in most continuities, a pyrotechnic expert for motion pictures who eventually turns to crime, carrying a knack for explosives and flame-throwing weaponry. RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 01-11-2012 04:14 Another great Ep of Arrow tonight am loving the direction the show is going in and it really cool that there was even a reference to Nightwing lives. Not sure if any has notice but your probably see this in future ep's but when you see Oliver on the island with the big beard and costume that he looks more the original Green Arrow from the comics ![]() RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 01-11-2012 05:19 RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 01-11-2012 18:06 RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 01-11-2012 20:13 RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 03-11-2012 13:21 Helena Bertinelli aka The Huntress played by actress Jessica De Gouw. "She is the dark mirror version of Oliver," said Executive Producer Andrew Kreisberg, "and it was a nice contrast to him because he’s pretty extreme. He goes a lot further than not only his comic book version but lots of comic book characters — most have a code of draws the line against killing... Oliver has taken the darkness inside with him and is doing something positive with it. She’s taken the darkness inside her and is seeking revenge and doesn’t care who gets hurt in the process." She will be appearing at least for two Ep's and maybe more in the future. RE: Arrow - SirAssAlot - 03-11-2012 13:34 I think it's bloody cool, i can't wait till Monday lol RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 07-11-2012 17:25 TVLine is reporting about the latest DC villain to make the leap to The CW's new series Arrow and their sources tell them that it's Count Vertigo. The only catch though is that it won't be an exact adaptation of the character. Instead, the name 'Vertigo' will belong to a new drug that makes its debut in the same episode as the character inspired by Count Vertigo. An insider describes him as “Oliver’s deadliest adversary to date..He will be truly scary and nightmarish.” There's no word on casting at this point. RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 07-11-2012 21:53 Another DC Comics character will be appearing in the 11th ep of Arrow titled “Trust But Verify”, airing in early 2013. He will be played by Farscape actor Ben Browder playing the character Ted Gaynor. On Arrow, Gaynor is Diggle’s commanding officer from his first tour in Afghanistan, who now works as a bodyguard for Blackhawk Squad Protection Group in Starling City. As a series of armored truck robberies strike the city, Gaynor proves to be a polarizing figure between Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Diggle (David Ramsey). RE: Arrow - *Kal-El* - 08-11-2012 02:18 |
