The umpires had to intervene when Warner was involved with a sledging incident with the South African A wicket keeper for the 2nd day running.i think he has some anger management issues.

England add James Taylor to the squad as cover for KP.Finn & Onions are out,Tremlett & Monty in.

The only change I see them making is Taylor in for KP (if he hasn't fully recovered). I see the selections of Tremlett and Panesar as ones to have them around the group of guys again and Finn and Onions to go back and get form under their belt for their counties.

I can see Australia possibly going with Haddin at 6, then Faulkner, Agar, Siddle, Harris and Lyon.

Englands team selection looks more straight forward than Australia's.Cowan was dropped after the 1st Test but has captained the side & made runs in both innings.

Old Trafford has become spin friendly over the last few years.

So is it possible that England are think of going into the test with both Panesar and Swann. The down side is that it would only leave two quickies.

Unless it's a dead cert of turning early in the match, playing 2 spinners would be gamble,if the win the toss & score big.England could bring Monty in if KP isn't fit & have 5 bowlers, this wouldn't happen when your 2-0 up.but they are so poor that it would work.Australia need 5 front-line bowlers as it is a must win situation.

Can only mean Taylor for KP (if unfit).Tremlett has good record at Old Trafford ,so I reckon Bresnan may be up for the chop, unless there are fitness doubts over Broad .Monty is the strange selection, because to fit him and Swan in together means dropping a seam bowler or a batsman .If the pitch is a turner they already have a couple of part-time spinners in Root and KP .Interesting .Might just be a psychological ploy to make Australia pick the "wrong" team .Anyway we should find out on Thursday morning (weather permitting).

^^ Australia have picked the wrong team for the last half a dozen Test matches,no surprise, that's what we did when we kept losing.
