During the production of King King vs Godzilla(1962)the giant octopus was portyed by four live octopi.One of which was taken home and eaten by special effects assistant, Eiji Tsuburaya.

Sabotage (1936)
This Hitchcock film was based on Joseph Conrad's novel The Secret Agent, confusingly Hitch's next film was called Secret Agent,also in 1936, but had nothing to do with the Conrad book.
Future Carry On star Charles Hawtrey made an uncredited appearance in the film, in the aquarium scene.

Revered make up artist Tom Savini,most famous for his many collaborations with George A.Romero was a combat photographer in the Vietnam war. He cited the carnage he witnessed during the conflict as inspiration for his gruesome make up creations in the horror genre.

Production was halted on Rocky IV when Sylvester Stallone had to be flown to a hospital in Los Angeles due to an injury he suffered at the hands of Dolph Lundgren during the filming of the final fight.Lungdren punched Stallone with such force in his stomach it sent his diaphragm up against his heart,causing the organ to bruise severely.
