When is he due in court?

On appeal the case against Boris has been dropped. Boris can now focus on the election for PM.

Today Mrs May is no longer the leader of the Tories. But she will still remain PM until a new leader is agreed.

Apparently she will delay her resignation if her chosen successor cannot command a majority in The Commons, her spokesman told the Guardian she would not hand over the keys to Number 10 until she can “say to the Queen that she is stepping aside and believes that someone else can command the confidence of the House”.

This could prove especially tricky if a divisive, hardline Brexiteer like Boris or Raab were to win the Tory leadership race. A controversial winner could fail to secure the support of soft Brexit or Remainer Tory MPs, or the DUP.

Raab already said he would get the queen to dissolve parlimant so he could hard brexit which got short shrift from the speaker and most of the main contenders as it would mean putting the queen in the middle of it and thats a no no

Should he withdraw from leadership race? and should all candidates be made to take a drugs test before voting?

Bercow slapped him down there are times when I think Bercow is the key to finally getting a deal through Parliament. Remove him as speaker and replace him with a MP who can be neutral and impartial to both sides of thr bloody argument, trouble is there aren't that many MP's who could be bloody trusted enough to be bloody neutral!! Tongue Tongue Rolleyes annoyed
