Probably better described as 'On Mobile' once installed on a girls phone it allows them to log into the site where ever they are.
You can see if it is activated or not when a girl is online and if the little mobile phone ikon picture is displayed next to their listing.
In theory a girl could switch it on anytime (one was shopping the other night)
