Then restart under a different name and company.
The punishment for that would be an unlimited fine and/or imprisonment for up to 10 years, as well as being disqualified as a company director for up to 15 years. It wouldn't leave the debt unpaid anyway, as liquidating a company when it has debts allows the directors of that company to be made personally liable for those debts.

In reality every issue of the magazine they published sold out. They even reprinted a couple of the issues and did a print run of issue 7 due to demand when it was meant to be digital only.

^ But what were the numbers on the print runs? If thousands its impressive. High hundreds even. If 50 it's much less so. The first issue will generally shift the highest amounts. They would have needed to print less later in the run.
