Despite having so many superstars on offence & defence, the biggest miss by far is McCaffery, how do you replace a combined 2000 run & Pass yards & 21 TD's. Mason was 2nd among running backs in the league for yardage, but doesn't pose the same threat in the pass game, sadly he is now injured. The Niners had to operate in the 2nd half of last nights game with their 4th & 5th choice running backs.
Great credit has to go to a depleted 49ers secondary, Geno Smith had been in fine form before last night, he threw for over 300 yards from 52 pass attempts but just 1 TD & was intercepted twice. Bosa was causing chaos all night he was relentless.
The Seahawk where kept to just 52 yards on the ground as the Niners racked up 228.
Still the same issues were unresolved, failure to convert in the Red-Zone & giving up big plays on Special Teams.
Again they let a team back into the game after a 20 point lead.
The 3 turnovers were too much to overcome for the Seahawks & they were lucky to get away with another fumble which was missed on review.
After losing Moody last week Mathew Wright had a perfect game, but stupidly got injured trying to tackle on a kick return.
The Niners have some tough games to come & they can't keep making the same mistakes. They still have a poor record within their Division & Conference, unless they can improve on that they could quite easily miss out on a Playoff spot.
Latest on the CMC injury is a potential return in November, I fear it could be too late to salvage their season.

^^ Caleb Williams is putting up some decent numbers. The problem for the Bears is that the NFC North has to be one of the toughest Divisions. I looking forward to see how they measure up against the 49ers in early December.Smile

Looks like Dublin could be in line to host a regular season game in future seasons of the NFL.
Croke Park or the Aviva Stadium would be stadium options.
It is thought that the Pittsburgh Steelers are particularly keen on playing a match in the Irish capital.

Deshaun Watson must be on track for some sort of unenviable record, sacked another 5 times by the Eagles making it 31 in total through 6 games. The Browns O-Line has to step up. Watson has little chance of being remotely productive with this inept protection.

Ravens 30 - 23 Commanders
I think that the new kid on the block Daniels measured up pretty well against Jackson. The Commanders were found wanting on defence at times, but there's no disgrace in that as the Ravens are hard to contain. Jayden Daniels will win the Commanders a lot of games from what I saw tonight. He looks so comfortable for a Rookie, but then again he's older than most, he'll be 24 in December which makes him only a year younger than Purdy who's in his 3rd NFL season. The maturity shows, in much of his decision making.

Extraordinary collapse by the New Orleans Saints at home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Leading 27-24 at half time the Saints suffered a 27 point shut out in the 2nd half to lose 51-27.
