Personally speaking, I don't understand why Mica gets the criticism etc she does. Most of what I read on here doesn't correlate with what I see

Numerous times I have come on here and read posts saying "she's miserable", "she never smiles" and so on. Yet, while watching her at the same times these posts refer to, I have seen her not only smile but crack up laughing. It begs the question, are peoples negative comments against her based on actually spending time watching her - or merely flicking through the channels, seeing she isn't smiling during the couple of seconds they are on that channel then coming on here to post that she isn't smiling?!?!?!?

She's also - in my experience of different girls - having heard her on the phones, and in my opinion, up there with the best. However, all the girls have moments when they're not firing on all cylinders. It's impossible to be when you get so little back from the callers. A call is meant to be a 2 way thing......otherwise use the listen in option

None of the girls spend the whole night grinning like morons - it's impossible to do so. Also, not everyone has a natural 'smiley' face. Some people, when there face is relaxed still appears 'smiley', others don't. Doesn't mean they are miserable.

Finally, to dispel this myth that Mica is always miserable.......

she could be 1 of the babe channel greats with it, but doesn't use it. at least not latley that i have seen. yeah you see her smile 3 -4 times a shift, same with laughing. but compare that with caty, who has a smile permanently glued to her mush...
