The watermark's quite subtle, maybe the colour needs to be more of a contrast with the background ?(
Or, how about putting the name of the caps-stealer into it at the end with the phrase "..is a thieving See You Next Tuesday" ? Quite time-consuming though, I concede if you have to do it for multiple different names )
