RE: Football League: Discussion - lancealot790 - 22-07-2020 23:23 BOING BOING!...the Baggies back where they belong????? RE: Football League: Discussion - William H Bonney - 24-07-2020 13:03 I'm not sure where West Brom belong, but they have just set a record by becoming the first club to be promoted to the Premier League 5 times. RE: Football League: Discussion - lovebabes56 - 25-07-2020 09:28 and then probably will set a new club record being relegated a sixth time.. ![]() RE: Football League: Discussion - William H Bonney - 25-07-2020 11:43 If West Brom were to get relegated next season it would be their 5th relegation from the Premier League, not the 6th. It wouldn't be a new record either, although it would equal the existing record of 5 relegations from the Premier League held by Norwich City. RE: Football League: Discussion - lovebabes56 - 25-07-2020 11:56 Thanks forv putting me right Feel a bit for Brentford though blowing on last day of regular season. Play offs first legs 6th vs 3rd - Sunday 26 July, 6.30pm 5th vs 4th - Monday 27 July, 7.45pm (source: Sky sports) RE: Football League: Discussion - Stemmw - 31-07-2020 19:58 Sheffield Wednesday given a 12 point deduction for breaching profitability and sustainability rules. They included the profits from the sale of Hillsborough in their financial statements. Points deduction will apply from the start of next season. They finished 8 points clear of relegation so if the deduction was applied for this season they would have been relegated to League 1. RE: Football League: Discussion - SecretAgent - 31-07-2020 20:10 ^How can that be fair? They should be relegated now and Charlton saved. RE: Football League: Discussion - Snooks - 01-08-2020 22:44 Play off final could be interesting. Local rivalry. Brentford v Fulham. Huge game. |
