The Rival creates a tornado well two of them in fact just like weather wizard did in the pilot, Barry stops both running just like the pilot except there was one.
Joe shoots the rival but like how shoot the weather wizard in the pilot.
Cisco says the name weather wizard and mentains speedsters vibrating through your chest just like what happened to him in season 1.
The actor that plays Captain Mendes in Flashpoint actor Alex Desert played the character Julio Mendes Barry Allen work colleague and best friend in 90's Flash series.

Another fantastic Ep really loved not only was it great seeing comic villains Mirror Master and The Top but having guts to tweak then from there comic counter parts now there was some controversy about how they changed Mirror masters powers and the top being female but listen very closely you'll hear about another version of him which comic fans will love. Loved the special effects in this Ep too and the humour.
All I'll say is Harrison Wells steals the show you'll see why once you watch and ending all I can say WTF it's gonna be a interesting mid season finale after that ending.
