Windows Defender and its apparent (or an entirely unrelated gremlin) tendency to go "Windows has run into a problem and will need to restart in 1 minute so close all your stuff" not to mention its limpet-like desire to not be uninstalled

Further to my above Windows Defender problems, I can say that, in a dramatic break with tradition, the problem has got better
