So if he is no longer involved would it therefore explain that what we are currently experiencing with the channel, is due to St66 no longer being in safe hands or in the throes of a takeover bid or a change of management?

I'd say Jamie was still involved, just creatively hidden behind the scenes. If the licenced company isn't trading, that would mean no one is in charge, which would explain alot, but also be impossible

Does kind of sound like Jamie is moving on from the channel. He was at Sugar Hut with the women on Friday though

Dave, here you go http://companycheck.co.uk/company/06105265
They also have one subsidiary, 914 tv Ltd. More info can be found on duedil, quick google search of Prime time tv Ltd should find it.

That was some misinformation that came from a wikipedia entry, I believe. I got my info direct from the Ofcom site.
S66 do also broadcast during the day on a couple of TVX/Northern and Shell licensed channels, simulcasting their output. I think they're just keeping the channels live for TVX, otherwise TVX would lose their EPG slots.

Edit: Dave, are you suggesting they are using the Bluebird tactic? PC has always been creative with his money, so to speak. And i'm sure that's why they acquired the sport and live960 channels and used an old licence. They were trying to fight ofcom at the same time, I know people on here really hate the chap, but it was an effort of sorts to fuck the system.
I'm not sure what the tactic is but I'm pretty sure something is brewing. That would explain why the channels are being run down to the minimum.

That's right, I mentioned 914 TV in my post above. It's the licensee for S66 TV 1.

infact this site has all the info. In tab form. Did you know they started as a construction company? Yet can't build a set
http://companycheck.co.uk/company/06212627 licence holder. As you say Dave, they have 0 in the accounts, all revenue goes to primetime and Jamie has a 14% stake, unless his takeover was acquiring control of Primetime TV Ltd and the site is not up to date
hopefully all this makes the structure clearer.

You guys make me laugh.... Talk about over analyzing things.
Having worked for several years in the adult business, i can tell you that the most likely reason for being short some nights is down to model unreliability.
Trust me models are not very reliable.
Before someone says "why is it only happening to Studio 66", it is not. Red Light have had many sections where they have been down to 2 models covering 4 channels, it just has tended to be more in the day. Also Babestation have had problems for years with the BSX fiasco, and people have been writing them off too. Sometimes in life, things don't always run to plan. does not mean the sky is falling in.
I agree that Studio 66 need to recruit a few more models, or at least bring some day girls to nights, but I don't see this big conspiracy theory that some guys here do.
I sometimes think that you guys sooooo hate Studio 66, you get a little carried away.
People here have been predicting their demise for years (elite).... I bet they are still going strong this time next year....

^ If Ofcom find out that a none trading company has a licence it will be revoked, as what happened to BBTV when Ofcom went chasing fines. Maybe, just maybe Studio 66 will still be around next year, but at this rate I'd be surprised if they still have all their channels.

Saviour, if you've read my posts before, you will see I don't hate Studio 66
This talk about ownership and licence is just something i've wondered about, nothing linked to why they schedule 2 or 3 girls sometimes. They schedule 2 or 3 girls because of the smaller roster and if someone cancels, then a 3 girl night, turns to 2 like last night, obviously. That is completely seperate from the licence and company structure information.
You're welcome to join the s66 can it get any worse thread and see if I hate Studio 66 if you wish
